I train kick boxing and mma, only just started mma about four months ago but absoloutly love the grappling in mma so intense.

worrying too much, as long as you try to pick healthy choices most of the time the odd little stumble aint gonna hurt you can always make healthy choices the rest of the day and add in some exercise.

I work out exactly the same as i would do any other week, sometimes its hard as i train in kickboxing and mma, and body shots seem to come a lot sharper when sparring. However I would say i am quiet fortunate with periods and never really suffered like i know some ladies do. My downfall for me is i just get ravenous and…

hey I only just started running and didnt realise quite how far 5k was lol, gonna probably be way ouside times to start with but i hope i can get close at the moment running about 3k of the 5 and then speed walking the rest. gonna try maybe slowing my initial pace to start see if that gets me any further.
