Hi Sending friend request:smile: I try to log everyday try to eat healthily and exercise everyday in one form or another. Have about 20 lbs to lose in all but am on holiday in 7 weeks and would like to have lost 10lbs of it by then. So hopefully we can motivate each other!!

I weigh once a week same time each week. Try taking measurements aswell sometimes i have found scale has gone up or stayed the same but i have lost inches. I like to go by how my clothes fit you know if that pair of jeans is getting loser your going the right way if theym a bit tight not so good!

Hi I have about 20 lb to lose im trying to do it eating more fruit and veg and cutting out processed foods. Plus plenty exercise once you start logging for a couple of weeks you will begin to see places in your diet where you could swap and change healthier options without starving yourself or being unhappy. Running circuits round the matted area of our gym is usual for us,was doing one such circuit with the group one day with a couple of lads wearing sweat suits to cut weight for fights,as i ran round the matts went for an overtake slipped on a patch of sweat and took three people down with me

I actually eat more food than before but just make better choices, i used to eat a lot of fatty foods pies,pasties,chips,processed meals but now i try to make fresh food as often as i can eat plenty lean meat,vegs,salads and fruit.

Love my kitchen scales and my measuring jug (cant forget my measuring jug) I weigh or measure everything didnt realise how bad my portion sizes were until i started doing so definatly helps. Plus you get used to what certain portions of an ingredient looks like so if you am out and about you can pretty much judge

yes if ist measured on mfp at 100g and you only had 40g go with 100g at 0.4 servings. you can always check your figure against the box as it will be slightly less than the 1 box serving figure as you had 5g less.:smile:
