Either 100g and 0.4 in the servings or 1g and 40 in the servings you will also find for fruits etc will give you 100g or if you click on the other choices at the side per fruit ,per piece etc hope this helps. you can always go back and delete just by pressing the edit food button if it dosent come out at the right value.…

I usually do both i run in the mornings empty stomach and eat as soon as i get back from running, then i train in an evening usually about 7pm would eat about 4.30 and then when i come back from training i eat something small and light but i have to eat.(know some people dont like to eat late)

hey im Jo 33 from UK once you get into a routine of exercising and eating healthy youll find that weight moving but try to introduce bits at a time little goals lead to the big goals. If you try to do everything at once you will find it hard work add me if you like.

Ive never heard that from a doctor before, Im 34DD and when i started out weighed over 170lbs I started doing kickboxing classes to lose my weight and ran in our cardio sessions regularly never had a problem running, jumping or sparring although i do wear two sports bras. I only log activities that i wouldnt be doing anyways so normal house work is a no for me but moving furniture etc i add( mine is set to active though so maybe on sedentary these could be added) I log long walks or brisk walks. I think if its more than what you would normally do it can be added.
