Hi all, just started doing some weights and have been given a plan which suggests i should be eating 160g protein 40g carbs anyone else have similar macros and what do you eat ?? Im currently 74 kg looking to lose about 4kg at the moment.

Have been training in kick boxing and have recently started mma and muay thai, most of the training is cardio with resistance was just interested to know if you use weights and if you need to use weights or if own body resistance is enough. Thoughts please ???:smile:

exercise calorie confusion.
Hi more than a little confused on the exercise calories and wether i should be eating them back. Dont have a vast amount of weight left to lose more about getting myself as fit and healthy as can be. Have upped my calorie intake from 1200 to 1400 as i feel more comfortable at this level. I am fairly active at the moment…

Protein Shakes Uurgghh
So today i tried to incorporate my first protein shake,post workout. I bought a whey protein vanilla flavour that i could make up with water as i cant stand milk.It still tastes of milk uurrrggh nearly threw up after first mouthful.
