I rode a mile less today than yesterday.. Went a Little faster because I avoided any elevation... I'm hoping to slowly build stamina again... I was hurting while riding today!!! 8/12- 4.2 8/13- 3.2 Lets see what tomorrow brings...

They all ride so much faster than me. I'm still between 9-11mph.. 11 with no elevation at all... 9 with about 150-200 elevation.. This is why group rides are hard for me.. 😒

Another thing that helped me in the past was I would not come home from work unless I had gone to the gym first... That was how I forced myself to go. Whether it was just relaxation Yoga.. I went and did something
