  • YUP, i walk throughout the day, 15 at break, 50 at lunch and 15 at break, and then 30-60 mins when i get home and I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Its been awesome, but i also watch my diet and drink nothing but water and tea.
  • This is what i am trying to accomplish, trying to kill my constant drive for sweets to where i can eat them in moderation. Again i said "Processed Sugar" like candy and cakes. I still have natural sugars like fruits. I'm not quitting ALL sugar.

  • Walking is the easiest way to exercise but it takes longer to burn calories since it is low impact. I used to walk 2 hours a day when i didn't have a job, now I find it near impossible to walk 1 hour a day. I lost 40 lbs when i walked 2 hours a day and ate right. Walking is great and relaxing no matter what pace you are at!

  • I can't eat pork... But yes I do eat fish, tons of eggs, lots of turkey bacon, ground turkey, and protein shakes. Chicken is such an easy food with SO much protein! I want sashimi so bad right now but I only get that once a month and i have to eat a bunch to get chicken't protein out of it.

  • I am in the same boat, I started at 220, got down to 190, then 183, went back up to 190 and am trying to lose 20 more lbs. I'm at 1200 cals too, as long as you put your time in at the gym, you can eat as much (healthy) food as you want, its great! I lost almost 40 lbs in 3 months to prove it =D
