I am a private chef. I am on my feet all day but around food all day!! Luckily the people I work for are health conscious and I do Spa style cuisine. I am lucky to have a break in the afternoon to hit the gym or trail. Im a runner.

Nice job Jessi!! Now your addicted. I did two half marathons last year June(1:59) and December in Vegas(1:57) Tried to bust 1:50 in Vegas and fell apart. Yuck it got really cold and was not put on well. I just started training again for one in August. Make sure you take some time off to recover!

I tam a private chef. I opened restaurants for fifteen years then got into the private sector. Its a much better lifestyle. Easier to stay in shape :)

Hey, I have had this quandry for some time: It depends on your opinion on sugar and artificial sweeteners. I try to stay away from them. Trader Joes has a great no sugar protein powder. It does not taste very good but does the trick. My new deal has been this. 1 small banana- 90-110 calories depending who you believe 1 cup…
