I use Starbucks dark roast but any strong coffee will do. You can even just as double the amount of coffee grounds when you brew.

I personally like to use my mandolin to slice them very thin and then pan fry them in a little(!) olive oil with Mediterranean seasonings. Yum!

Yes. It will take forever and you will never be "tight",but I have lost all of my weight like this. Just look at my diary! I have 10 pounds to go and I wonder if I will get there eating like I do.

I ride my bike to work every day and plan on doing the Winsor Pilates videos and Naatural Brazil Buttock Lift by body blender. If I can find a gym buddy I will go hit up the gym. The hard part for me will be listening to Jillians voice every day for 30 days!

I looove brown rice with black beans,cilantro,onion and garlic. I put frozen veggies and veggie stock in the rice cooker to cook it,too. I also love Brown rice with red lentils,peas and cauliflower.Mmmmmmmmm.Cauliflower.
