Thank you for all of the input. I am a working lady on the go and making a giant smoothie with some kind of greens,pineapple and strawberries to drink all day long is just so easy! I am sure it is my lack of Zumba Class,and not my love of fruit, that is holding me back

Yes and I love it. The trick is,though,it has to be mostly veggie. I do a 3 day cleanse several times a year and juice several times a week. If I want apple juice I make it myself. There are several juice blends already in the MFP database. Good Luck!

I was in the same boat last night. I did not log the three donuts I ate. It happens. Today I had a nice big breakfast and will have a healthy salad with beans tonight. No soda or tea. And I will go to the gym. Thank God we didn't "get rid of it" or something equally unhealthy. We just over ate and will make up for it…

I love my juicer and use it all the time. I'll make just juice, like apple or pear, or I'll make combinations like carrot apple and ginger.
