Yes, this will affect your weight loss. You will lose less lean body mass than if you were eating the recommended amount of protein, and will probably lose more fat. This is a good thing.

Great list! I eat a lot of chicken sausages - generally lower cal than other meats while also being very tasty. I also end up eating lots of lunch meats - I've grown to love slices of ham slathered with mustard. But I almost always end up resorting to protein powders to hit my goal.

One week? Seriously?! You're going to derail a lifelong eating plan because one week didn't go your way? Your body is not a machine. You will have NO idea what a given input will do long-term until your body adjusts to it, which will almost always take longer than a week.

I'd say that tight-fitting clothes make a difference in the aroma given off. That's why I like it when my GF wears skirts with no unders. Almost a guarantee that I'll be going down later.

Your body makes all the cholesterol you need and then some. Why do YOU have high cholesterol? -Genes -Excess calories -Excess adipose tissue -Hormonal imbalances? -Prediabetes? Anybody eating at a deficit will see their lipid profile improve, even if they are eating mostly lard. Even the twinkie guy had better blood work.

Pretty much this. A little fruit isn't going to derail anything, even Atkins. The thing with people offering unsolicited advice is that rarely have more than a rudimentary understanding of the subject at hand, and usually don't even fully understand the basics of the system they are advocating.
