My highest weight ever was 256 at 5'6 in HS. I thought when I got down to 175 I would feel awesome...nope. Then I thought when I get down to 150 I'd feel skinny...nope lol. Now at 152 I feel ok, wouldn't die if I was this weight for the rest of my life but now I'm trying for 135. I think you won't really know your goal…

I weigh in everyday and record my weight once a week. Although I'd like not to weigh myself everyday, I can feel myself getting slightly addicted and it's not good. I think once i get to my goal weight I will only weigh in once a week.
