I would recommend a class. Learn how to use them first. Some of the moves put you in a position to injure yourself if you arent careful. My mom is a flight attendant... and I've actually borrowed her demo seat belt so i didnt have to ask for an extender. It was horrible. But the seats are DEFINITELY feeling better!!! :)
