I think its because there's little changes every day that you hardly notice until suddening you realize your clothes don't fit anymore. Then you really look and see yourself differently.

That sounds like a tough call. I would see how it fits you now and see how close you are to getting it comfy for you. I'd hazard a guess that 30 lbs could work. In ladies sizing the size chart says one thing but when you try it on you need a smaller size so id try it on to see where you stand!

I've felt that way too. Lost a bunch till I was my school weight of 165 and short of stopped. Back at it and feeling super accomplished and I'm scared in 20 pounds I'll do the same thing. Maybe I'll buy some small pants and use those to fit into for motivation. We'll just have to motivate each other.

I reccomend a food scale since it is cheap. Others may disagree, but I don't think a hrm is necessary. For me at 180, I have been putting in my running burns at about 100 cals per 15 mins. I used this site to calculate it and it seems decently accurate.…

My android app just shows weekly from Monday to Sunday. I never thought to change the range. If I was in your situation I would first try upping protein intake. Or try eating a bit more before my heavy lifting workout (if that is what you are doing). If I wasn't losing weight, I would make sure I am putting things into my diary right and if I am sure that I am, then I would try to eat 50-100 calories less and see…

Lol, it is amazing how easy it is to eat so much food. On the flip side, once you are mindfully eating, it is so easy to eat less food :) Today it feels like I have no food at all when I look at it (two falafal balls for lunch) but it works out to get me to my goal...and I don't feel hungry.

That sounds like it will put you on the right track to lose between 5-10 pounds. You are at a decent weight for your height right now, so why not look into strenght training and heavy lifting to shape the body the way you want?

I run :) I haven't signed up for any yet, but I plan on doing a 5k for Goodlife at the end of May, a 10k for my local youth resource centre, our 5k Toronto Zoo run, and a 5k colour run this year. Well for me it was midnight truffle with cookie dough in it, but the flavors are off for me now :( I've been thinking this week actually of grabbing a mini to taste test. Even tho it tastes off I still get cravings for it lol.
