Yea I'm loving it so far, I did Insanity as well and I love that this is just as hard, if not harder and it's only 30 minutes a day! :) Not because I'm lazy, I just like efficiency lol!

Thanks, maybe I am being a bit hard on myself with the fit test, there just seemed to a few numbers in the middle that went backwards or stayed the same. But looking at it all written down it actually does show improvement which is great : )

Thanks for your advice : ) You're absolutely right I know, can't pick and choose where to reduce fat, it is frustrating to have places where I can't really afford to lose weight but that is where it keeps coming off of! That's just the way it goes I suppose.

If could go back to three and a half years ago when I first starting being healthy I would impart all my knowledge about nutrition etc, I could have been done in half the time I bet! If only I could go back 10 years to 17 year old me and get the ball rolling there, But no point in thinking like that, just gotta concentrate…

I see your point, I am just doing my best at all the moves at the moment, there were a few in the ploy I just simply couldn't do but hopefully now I've done them once I will be better next time, I peeked ahead and tomorrow night looks fun, bit more like month 1 pure cardio : )

How did you find the recovery week? I found it easy on day 1 and a bit boring if I'm honest - think I was used to weorking out so much harder. But I felt it got harder as the week went on - and I was burning more calories towards the end of the week. Day 1 of month two is so long, I did think it was a bit unnecessary to do…

I am on recovery week so only done month 1. I hated Pure Cardio to begin with, I was like 'where are the breaks!,' but it became my favourite because you are just powering through and it actually goes by quite quickly I think. I also like the Cardio Power workout but I hate the warm up. Ploymetric was my least favourite…
