I'm 5 3'. Starting weight 153.3 lbs. Current weight 134.6 lbs. Goal weight 125 lbs. I went from a size 10 US (it was getting tight) to a size 6 in woman and a size 9 in juniors. I'm feeling pretty darn good these days. I would never want to be 153.3 lbs ever again. I gain weight in my face and mid-section. Not a pretty…

My great grandfather was born in 1900, died in 1992. He was 92 and fit as a fiddle. He was thin, his only vice, salt. My great grandmother, still kicking, she's almost 95 and thin. My great aunts, tiny tiny thin women, all passed away in their 80's. My aunt, pretty thin and in good health, almost 50. My grandfather almost…

I 100% agree ^^^ He doesn't have to change his eating habits. I would apologize to him for not asking him if it was ok to change his menu, then maybe he'll apologize to you for over reacting. You can't force someone to eat healthy, so I wouldn't try. Good luck to you.

I've tried slim fast and I was always so hungry. I'm glad that it's working for you, but I love to eat. I don't want to starve myself with 2 cans a day. I would go crazy! I did go crazy and that's why slim fast didn't work for me. Good luck to you.

I've been using her DVD's for the last week and I really like them. I always end up giving it a little more than what the video is showing. I just bought 2 lbs weights for each hand, sometimes I feel like the videos aren't enough, but using the weights help a lot. Good luck!

My mom always told me to not swallow watermelon seeds, because one would grow in my belly. To this day, I think about that when I eat a watermelon....LOL...
