I am a huge pepsi drinker as well. I have found it best to cut out soda all together, just cut myself off cold turkey. No weening, no cheat days no diet version. I would suggest trying to replace it with something else. Just retrain your brain, anytime you would normally have soda drink the substitute instead. I am…

I'm starting today....I will be done by 5.31.13. I'd also like to get in on the 30 day squat challenge but I think I need to work up to that. I dont think I would be able to walk after day one =( I plan on building up to it so I can start 6.1.13

You can't! So you need to decide which you like better- hating your image or loving yourself. I hope you'd choose the latter and if so a huge part of loving yourself (or others for that matter) is acceptance. Work on accepting that you are not perfect and that its ok not to be. The rest will fall into place.
