For 30 minutes according to the elliptical I burn 350 calories. My HRM however says 200 calories for 30 minutes on elliptical. Big difference.

I am in the gym 7 days a week and I watch what I eat. I am doing it the old fashioned way. Alot of hard work, sweat and even a few tears. So far so good as I am down 106 pounds. By the way it has taken me about a year to lose it.

I only log my workouts at the gym. I wear a heartrate monitor so I know how many calories I have burned.

I have to agree with this. My Keurig is a lifesaver. Whenever I want a snack in the evening this is what I go to. One cup of hazelnut decaf and I am good. mmmmm

I work with a personal trainer twice a week. I pay $45 an hour. Well worth the money! He keeps me motivated and has me doing things I never thought I would be able to do.
