January 26th Physical Work out 45 mins for 3 days...79 minutes total workout on Day 1 = 5 points anything extra...34 minutes extra = 5 points (I also got in 60 minutes of hand washing our truck outside and vacuuming the inside along with wiping down everything including the windows, but I didn't count that at working out…

January 26th Total Weekly Points = 295 points WOW! That was a whole lot easier and less of a headache this week than last week. It helps to add up your points on a daily basis. At the end of the week, you just add up the daily totals! Have a wonderful Sunday!!! Looking forward to the new challenges for Week 3!
