I read pieces of it, but I didn't read the entire thing.

I'm going to have my aunt check tomorrow morning, she has been a nurse for over 30 years now. If she sees concern then I will definitely make a doctors appointment. I trust her judgement. This barely happened tonight, so its not like I've been sitting here for days wondering if I should go to a doctor lol

You need to open your diary first so people can see it. :)
-
How long has it been since you've been doing this?

An NSV that I just noticed is that I haven't binge ate in...almost 2 months now or more now! Whenever I start dieting and exercising, I will occasionally have a true binge and eat everything! I haven't even had the feeling to binge eat in forever now that I think about it!

No I did not sadly lol It was too long u.u Guilty...

I agree. The jaw clenching and her believing "its not letting me eat" isn't completely normal. >.<

Eat what MFP says you should eat :) Its designed to help you lose weight at the rate you want too, which is either ".5 lbs a week, 1 lb a week or 2 lbs a week." Depending on how far or close you are to your goal weight, if you are close to it, I would aim for .5-1 lb a week, if you are very far from your goal, 50+ lbs, you…

Hmmm I wouldn't think so, I exercise as late as 11-12AM most of the time and I normally don't get hungry until about 3-4AM if I'm still awake lol So unless you will be awake that late, i think it should be fine :)

I actually disagree with the first two sentences of your post! I feel like many times people are uneducated about how many calories they can/should eat and jump into something new with no research or understandings of benefits/losses. Most of the time weight loss is something that people decide on a whim and when they do,…

Natural weight fluctuations happen on a daily basis to everyone :) Completely 100% normal. On weekends when I eat out more I can even spike to as much to 3-5 lbs. If I just eat normally and healthy during weekdays, my weight will still spike .5-2 lbs. Try to only check your weight first thing in the morning after you have…

9 days is nowhereeeee near enough time to be even considering or thinking about that you haven't lost weight yet. Give it at least a month or two first and then if you still have not lost anything maybe then.

Generally meal replacements will leave you very hungry, and for 150 calories more calories than what I meal replacement shake is, you could basically eat chicken breast with veggies and a small snack. :) I use them as snacks sometimes, not necessarily as a meal replacement, but because the one I like tastes like a…

Just peeking through your food diary in the last week, majority of days you haven't logged meals or even anything at all. Some days it shows you eat 400 calories (which I think its because you aren't logging, not because you aren't eating), and other days it shows 2,100 calories. Tighten up your food diary a lot more, and…

On the app itself, where it shows your weight, you should be able to swipe it from right to left and a "delete" option will pop out. I have an iPhone so I'm not sure if it works the same on android devices though

Hmm 1750 calories sounds about right and a good amount of calories to be eating...There haven't been any changes in medications you may be taking or anything? What about vitamins?
-
Hi, I also have about 120 lbs to lose as well! I will add you! :D
-
First off sorry for your loss, and secondly the only advice I can think of is: Would you grandpa have wanted you to be sad and depressed/lazy? If not, think of him and do it for him!
-
Are you eating enough? Maybe you are getting hangry? ._.

A sport that you love, because its easy to do exercise and lose weight when you are doing something you already love! My love is volleyball, and I would play for almost 2 hours a day straight! It was great exercise for me!

I eat up to 2,500 calories every Friday and Saturday, it hasn't impacted my weightloss, but I do weigh 267 lbs....

Someone once told me "i feel bad for you dude, u lose weight so slowly" after I had told everyone in the car that I had lost 25 lbs in two and a half months. The entire car went silent because everyone was kinda shocked at the comment and it made me feel terrible and almost made me cry! >.< I knew I had lost a lot of…

I'm going to say that maybe because the body is healing and recovering, that it may be spending more calories than normal to get you back into a normal and healthy status. :) I'm not entirely sure if I'm right about that, but I do know from a bit of nursing school that the body works extra to heal itself. So maybe this is…

I've lost a lot of weight eating a lot of junky food lol Seriously, you just need to make sure you are at a calorie deficit. When it comes to weight loss, its all about calories in vs calories out, doesn't matter if it comes from a vegetable or a burger. :) Of course its healthier to eat better foods, but to actually lose…

You know what...so have I, but I'm getting over it and still trying to make a life long change. :) You need to stop dwelling on the past in order to move on with your future!
-
Not exactly what I would say normal. You had a huge cheat meal and ate way over your calories and felt guilty? Understandable. You drink a soda with 150 calories and feel guilty? Not so much...lol Food is not the enemy.
-
I thought this as well, but the person who said this is actively losing weight, and a ton of it. >.<

Seems like there is a good amount of mixed responses about yoga on here lol I do intend to increased the difficulty of yoga as I go, and am using more of the intense versions of yoga rather than those that are just for stretching. I'm going to keep doing the yoga, but I think I will maybe do it 3-4 days a week, and the…

"You shouldn't do exercises for your ab area when you are fat, because the muscle pushes that fat upwards and you tummy will look even bigger"

Not even with 269 lbs from my own weight resistance?
