Got my 30 for the day done, with 20# again. I miss doing squats. I was squating 115 until my knee started acting up, then I sprained my ankle. By the end of the month I should be able to go back to my heavy weight :D

Congrats!!! It's an awesome feeling isn't? I started c25k over the summer and running 90 seconds made me want to keel over and die. I can now run for 7 min straight at 5.5 mph. The program really works! Keep it up and you'll be running for fun before you know it!!!

Jumping rope is awesome! I take a class that starts with five minutes of rope. I did it barefoot my first day because I was told everyone trains barefoot. I had blisters on both my big toes after five minutes, and the next day I could barely walk because my calves hurt so bad! I wear shoes now and five minutes is beginning…
