All that you mention is not good for you especially if you eat it every day. Maybe just treat yourself to one day of eating those bad snacks. other days be sure to take your fruit with you ( I try to make a large fruit salad at the beginning of the week), hummus and cucumber is good and maybe some fiber bars. good luck, be…

Just don't give up. Get back on and next time just have one cookie, maybe even two. The important thing is to continue on your journey and try to eat healthy as much as possilbe. Good luck!!

I re-read your post cookiefluff..thanks for the zumba calorie calculator. I tried it and cannot beleive that I burn 597 calories...that is moderate level..wow!! thanks for the websie!

I do Zumba at least 3-4 times a week, but do not know how to calculate calories burned. Any help?? I do an hour 3-4 times per week.

Planks are great..just make sure you are doing them correctly. My back pain has practically gone away while doing ab work with planks!!
