I love BEER!! I have had to cut way back to maybe a few- 1 time a week, if that. It sucks like I said I LOVE BEER! But I did notice when I drink I will gain 2-4 lbs then I work all week trying to get it back off! I weigh in on Friday because I will normally drink on Friday or Saturday.
