Slump Motivation Needed

I have not been exercising regularly for about 3 weeks. I am a groggy mess!!

My entire journey began a bit over a year ago and I am within 10 Lbs of my goal and 1 dress size.
I gained inches these last few weeks.

Looking for motivating words and reasons to get my butt back in gear!!

    Sounds like maybe you deserve a break. Don't go overboard, but maybe just relax. Make small advances back to where you start feeling motivated again. Hope this helps.

    Thank you Tracy! I need to remind myself that this is a lifestyle change....forever.

    I ran 3 miles last night so I feel very good about it!
