I honestly brush my teeth and rinse with mouth wash. Usually after I do that, I don't want to eat. lol weird maybe, but it works for me.

I haven't lost too much weight yet and I have lost some inches. My cellulite is still there, but I'm noticing it's less noticeable. If only I could get rid of it for good! lol! I've read that it doesn't ever really go away though. :ohwell:

My mother had a problem with gaining weight as well. Her doctor advised her to start drinking protein shakes. Evidently protein is the way to go. Good luck :drinker:

Same situation. lol! I'm 5'3" and cw is 143lbs. I seem to carry more fat around my belly, hips, and thighs. I've been told you can't spot reduce, so I try to mix cardio with strength training. I'm slowly but surely shrinking that stubborn fat. Good luck, you look like you're doing an awesome job!

I drink 1 8 oz glass of 1% low fat chocolate milk every other day post workout. I was told by a health/wellness coach it was a good post workout "snack". :happy:
