If you get angry and are short tempered you're probably hungry and not eating enough. I know that happens to me when I'm not nourishing my body...I'm just assuming this since you are only eating 1200 calories a day. Try to focus on foods that fill you, like oatmeal for breakfast, greek yogurt as a snack and/or nuts etc...…

Set your alarm an hour earlier than you normally wake up and workout in the morning. It's the best way to start your day!!

I have a banana before my early morning workout and right afterwards or at my desk I have a bowl of oatmeal with dash of cinnamon, walnuts, chia seeds and raisins. It's very filling! Then about 10-10:30 I have a Fage 0% Greek yogurt. Then I'm good until lunch!

I am on week 2 Day1 of Insanity. For me, exercising and eating healthy goes hand in hand. I don't follow the insanity food plan but I have been logging on MFP everyday (except weekends). I do think logging and staying within your calorie goal is most important. Good luck!! :)

So glad u posted this! I am 5'7" and at 150. My true goal is 140. I was 135 when I was younger and don't think I could ever get there again. I do feel healthy at 150 but I feel 140 I would look better in my clothes... I am medium build...

Sounds like you need to organize your meals at the beginning of the week. You have to eat the meals you make/pack. Get some friends on MFP for support, it's so tough to do on your own. I hear you about the salads!! Egg whites cooked with spinach onions and sprinkle little bit of cheese... I spray the pan with Pam spray... I always brown bag it to work and this is 1 of my favorites! I eat it with a scoop of spicy salsa!
