thinking ahead, what are you guys going to do after Ripped is over? I was thinking of doing Shred it along with P90....since Shred is only 20 minutes and P90 is 40 but with roughly 15 minutes of stretching.

I actually like level 3....my thighs/glutes and hamstrings are burning the entire time. I worked out in front of the mirror today and DAMNNNNNNN my upper body is ripped. LOL

I'm ready! I was a Divisioin Collegiate runner and sort of fell of the wagon. Had a baby in 2001, lost all the weight within 4 months and maintained it for the next 5 or so years (116-121).
