i LOVE the fair! I have to admit that I don't plan on staying in calorie goal the day I go. I'll be drinking beer, eating corny dogs, texas twister fries and fish tacos, LOL. I'm also 5'2" and am currently at 138.7. I have my goal set for 125. After having 3 kids my hips are a bit wider and I'm pretty busty so only time and more weight loss will tell me at what weight I feel most comfy at and can easily maintain. :)

I just checked that out and it was fun! It said my "happy weight" would be 125.2 and I have my goal set to 125. :)

that's exactly how I felt too. It took me some time to adjust but after my body got use to it I found it hard to eat more calories without eating junk. I also drink a lot of water which helps me keep that full feeling and from binging on unneccesary food.

I read in a magazine interview with Jillian Michaels that she suggests when women hit plateaus is to increase their daily calorie intake by 10% and take 2 days off of exercising. I just read it a few days ago and haven't tried it yet... maybe it'll help?

I've thought about using that... I used accupunture to help start labor with my last child and it worked wonderfully.

I use a pitcher and filll it with my 8 glasses every morning....it helps me see how much I have drank. Once you see yourself drink it all one day you feel good, then after a second day you feel better until you feel great about it and by then it's a habit. Don't be discouraged! You're making great progress. I've been on here and working at it since January 3rd and am finally at 18 pounds lost...
