I plan to keep it as varied as possible as i normally do, means everything gets worked and i don't get bored lol. but running will be a constant along with swimming and some other challenges I'm doing :-)

To be honest move on! Yes its terrible, and people are vile, but it could happen anywhere, as long as the gym has done what's within their capabilities to stop this kind of thing, which they have, its not their faults, you done everything you can, people who want to steal will regardless!

Doesn't bother me, however i may only grimace back sometimes and appear grumpy as I'm trying to breath run and not quit as its getting harder.
