Currently i have a hip flexor injury, can't remember the muscle names but I've damaged the front of leg going up to hip and a muscle that goes to my lower back. Wow I cant believe Im writing that I've ran for 30 mins solid, covered 2.11 miles in that time, and I thought I was going super slow! Sorry I'm confused, I think because we are all in different time zones, some are a day ahead/behind, can we put the day ie Friday in the title as well as the day in each thread? Will just help keep track? Dont think I'll get much in today, very busy and got work till 8pm tonight :-(

5.5 miles for me today. 34.78 miles overall so far, so I have tomorrow to do just over 5 miles to hit my weekly goal of 40!

Week 2 Day 1!
I achieved 3 miles today, not bad considering Ive been out, but sitting on my backside for what I thought was the most of it lol

Covered 8.7 miles running and walking today! tomorrow wont be so good :-(

Day 4!!
Less for me today only 4.8 miles! Had to get the bus this morning as had an appointment in town, and taxi home as had to get new tv home! :-( I went out for a walk this evening, but its not my usual amount of miles :-( Will do better tomorrow.

Ok I have to admit the one thing I'm really really lazy with is toning, and I hate my arms, I have some dumbells that I never use! Whats good for helping get rid of those bingo wings, and exercises I'm likely to do? Thanks in advance.
