This week so far I've been exercising everyday, and tried a new class Sh'Bam I enjoyed it but not sure my dodgy knees did. Tomorrow (Fri )is a rest day from exercise though.

I have to much weight to lose! 5 stone minimum, but I'll be happy with 3 stone by the end of the year. I need to get in a routine of exercising again, and not making excuses, log my food daily regardless of if its good or bad day and work on improving my choices.

There's lots I can't do with knee injury healing. But I will be honest and not substitute if it's not because it wouldn't be good for my knee

I can't do lunges with my knee. Physio would kill me. But I tried burlesque dancing tonight and swam does that count?

I've done one, in Basildon, can only walk it though because of my injury, oddly enough when I could run I never done one, think it was because they were further away, hoping to go back tomorrow, and walk it, and get it faster than the 1hr 52 seconds last time lol
