I've missed everything with no proper internet access and lots of hassles in life :-( but am back now :-) 3 positives!!.... 1. I have lovely green eyes, everyone says so too ;-) 2. I like the shape my legs are taking 3. This is a get positive... Have a positive attitude everyday.

I love the naming of it :-) I'm not a fan of powerplates, but I've really noticed a difference with stretching on one, but i don't like working out with it.

They should be called torture rollers lol! I warmup and do some dynamic stretches, but i do static stretch hip flexors, after injury to hip flexor I've found this to be best, i workout then stretch properly, and use the foam roller.

Very important after working out, helps prevent injury! I didn't stretch properly and i paid the price!

Just have to.say i find women ruder! Of ALL ages, i get barged in the gym locker room, door slammed at me, ignored if i allow someone to come through the dood first, glared at for being there. Women in shops don't even start me on that!

I'm not a gym snob, but i want a good range of classes with lots of different time options, good cardo machines, good freeweight area, kettlebells medicane balls etc, pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room, big chains generally have it all there!

I'm 230lbs and genuinely don't look it when dressed right, even the nurse was shocked at how much i weighed when i started last year at 3 st heavier, she said i didn't look that heavy, different people carry different ways

Maybe experiment, what machines are you using, what intensity etc? Go to 1 for a day, lower intensity and see what happens, maybe a particular thing at a particular level makes you ill? I have to be careful with the rowing machine

Agree with when and what you're eating before working out. I'm the opposite if I'm not fueled enough i get sick, so are you eating properly also? Obviously this doesn't apply if you're having a heavy meal and working out half hour later!

Ditto swimming, walking? can you strap the knee up if need be?

I dissolve the coffee granules in a little hot water then put that in the blender with the powder and milk, find it to grainy if don't dissolve the granules first

Not sure about the first one, have to ask my trainer tommorow, they look like they would be good for my hip, but Im not doing anything without clearing it lol. Squat kicks are out, squats are fine, no kicking.
