I love salmon and cream cheese, could you see if you like anything else with salmon on it? If you like salmon of course, or use the bagel instead of muffins and do a variation of eggs benedict/royal that suits you?

Always remember to change to some restrictive fad diet or the other at least every 2 weeks, that's long enough to see if it works and besides keeping your body guessing is good!

Couch to 5k is fab, i to.suffer from shin splints, get properly fitted running shoes, that's a must, really helps with cushioning and stretch and warmup and cool down well. I apologise for misinterpreting that, but we all know the government does what suits them and not really what benefits us! Shame that's not the way you want to go as you know what its the best choice i ever made, and to begin with i didn't want to do it. Then keep at it!
