Thanks for the advice! I don't want flab :( I was going to do sit ups, squats, 3kg bicep curl, etc all till failure on my non fast days. I have a programme from my trainer at the gym but had to cancel due to it being too expensive, but I still have the programme. Would you say that was enough? Thanks x

Hi thanks! Well I still calorie count on my non fasting days 1450cal a day logging on here. Would that still count?
