I have the polar as well, and love itttt.... It helps me know when I reached my max heart rate that is when I know i'm pushing my hardest..you get addicted to it (well at least I do) when I see the calories burned I always say I can do 50 more calories and so on and so on.. love love love

I did some research and read that your body can retain water in exposed to vigorous exercise or when trying to adapt to a new routing something about the muscles extending..... You should research it you will feel much better...... After I read this I I continued with my diet and drank at least 8…

45ez class today burned 520 calories without the stretch. I need to get better at the moves I think once that happens I will be able to burn more calories, I get so confuse when it comes to switch sides and start to slow down because I can't coordinate the moves. Does this happen to anybody else???

I like both dresses, but I don't think that the second dress is wedding material. I do like the first dress you can always tone it down a little bit by adding a shrug or a cute belt and necklace. Well that is just my opinion.
