I try to eat ALOT of fiber, and I still have some non healthy stuff sometimes. I usually have a problem eating the 1200 a day. I'm in, and man since turkey day, but man, I suck! My sodium is my issue, I prefer mine to be around 1300 it keeps my belly from being bloated.But, I will continue putting it out there for the world to see, and I will not give up, I will conquer the FAT! Good luck to all.

I have done it , its a little tough if you haven't exersized for awhile. But, if you just take your pace, and rest for 15 seconds if u need to, then it should be ok. Good luck!

My son is in the Army and he started having that at boot camp, he throws up every time he runs long distances. 2 lrg. cans of pork n beans 1 c. brwn sugar 1/2 diced onion 1 lb. cooked then crumbled regular bacon, with the bacon grease. 1 tblsp. mustard,, ketchup Bake in oven until its yummy. I know it doesn't seem to hard of a recipe, but its off the chain, but also no that healthy.

I used to not eat but 450-650 cal. per day so its a bit bumped up from that, but I will start drinking my fiber everyday and I will get 100% of the fiber I need from that, I never thought that could be a problem, but its worth a shot, and I need fiber anyway. Thanks
