Ok, I am not sure if I am logging it right, I use my pedometer as soon as I wake in the am, and take it off as I am climbing in the bed, so how do I log it because it takes me all day long to walk the steps? Please help !

I didn't quite make my calories but I'm trying
Well, I ran my water bill bill up and over today, but did not make my calories , I did almost eat dbl what I usually eat so, I will try to do better tomorrow, and its a work in progress so as long as I am trying and drink my water I hope the weight starts to come off, thanks for the help guys.
