Been losing since Sept. 09,2010. Have lost 26 lbs. so far. This place has been great, been needing a place to keep track of it all. Sodium and carbs seem to be my biggest problem area, how to get rid of some. Have any suggestions, how to cut them, some.

    You have done a wonderful job on losing :) As far as the sod/salt goes you need to watch out for the hidden salt on your processed food. Anything in a box including frozen foods you need to cut down on, they have alot of salt/sod I hope this helps :)
    I have had some issues since I joined in May so I just came back a week ago, but this site is wonderful & I have had lots of encourgement form my friends here. I have one MFP who is also on my FB and she has been wonderful with my issues and always posted some thing to me about coming back she missed me etc etc but was also very comforting in my time of need. So anyway have a great day and watch out for the boxed stuffed. (eat clean)
