Height: 5'4 SW: 128 CW: 125 GW: 120 I've been on a hiatis of sorts. Haven't tracked my food since I first joined in early 2013. Goal is to lean out and build more definition in my hams/quads and a firmer, tighter rear.

Buy only the food you 'plan' to eat for that week. Don't buy any extra. Clean out your frig and pantry of anything processed. If you feel the need to snack between meals, keep the snack under 100 calories. Remember, being hungry won't kill you. Work through it. You'll adapt.

70 calories in 3 slices on bacon. 41 of those calories are FAT...SATURATED FAT. No, my diet can not and will not handle that. I guess we all have to pick our battles. That's what makes the world go 'round. Good luck:)

Steel Cut Oats & Fage Yogurt. 220 calories and clean eating!

Absolutely! I lift 2-3 times and week and I don't see myself as bulky. Lean, yes. Bulky, no. Don't let weight training scare you. The more lean muscle you have the more fat you will burn. Good luck:)

I don't believe bacon should be in anyone's diet if trying to lose weight. OMIT it completely and mission accomplished:)
-
You should consider a good mix of cardio & strength training. One without the other is no good. Especially for us women. You won't regret it. You will be amazed at how muscle can burn fat. Amazing and addictive! Good luck:)

I looked at your food diary and girl...you are eating crap! Bagels, peanut butter, pizza, pasta, pretzels?? You may be staying within your calorie goal however you are what you eat. You need to make better food choices and I promise you'll see the scale move:)

1/2 Cup Quacker Steel Cut Oats and 1 Chobani Little Champions Greek Yogurt.

How do I figure my ratios?

You will be much more successful choosing a cheat 'meal' versus a cheat 'day'. Cheating an entire day can get ugly. Good luck.

I've got a six pack. Working on symmetry. Age: 39 Weight: 118 Height: 5'4 BF: No idea

I freak out if I'm NOT sore! Work through it. Work with it. Work for it. Avoid working the same muscle group consecutive days and you'll be fine.

Your arms, legs or torso are not your problem. Your motivation is.

USP Labs 'JACK3D'. Can't imagine my workouts without it.

Hands down....the pink one.

I'd rethink the granola. That's alot of calories for such a small serving of high fructose corn syrup. I'd also reconsider the 120 calorie beverage. Trade the coffee in for food fuel. Something that will keep you filling full. And I also recommend eating snacks under 100 calories.

Fruit should definitely have a place in your daily diet. However, I do eat my fruit during the day hours so I have plenty of time to burn off the natural sugars most fruit have.

And if it were THAT easy, powering your brain, keeping your heart berating, etc, than obesity wouldn't be such an issue. What am I saying is exercise and stop counting or wondering what your body burns when powering your brain, etc.

WORD!

I suggest not even counting calories burned when not exercising. I never even consider it. The only calories I count as burned are the those that are worked off actually exercising! Anything over and above that is cake.

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 115. I started at 125 and losing steadily. Tracking food is a MUST!!! Love this site:)
