I make sure this doesnt happen by planning my meals out the night before. That way i can have a snack between lunch and dinner and use all my calories, carbs, fats and protein.

What ever carbs you eat, your bosy hold double that in water weight. So you eat a lb of cooked pasta ( which is only a handful) your body holds 2 lbs of additional water to process that.

I use this bread. Not the BEST bread i ever had but not so bad toasted.

Ive been told that the last few reps should be hard to complete, if you are able to do your 10, 12, or 15 reps without breaking a sweat then move up on the amount of weight you are using.

Cardio helps with losing inches all over. Ive lost major inches off my hips and waist line since walking at least 3 miles 4-5 days per week.

Without being able to see your food diary i would have to guess that you arent eating enough. If you are working out twice a day you are probably burning a lot of calories and not feeding your body enough. Make sure your NET calories is what MFP suggest at the end of each day. and GOOD LUCK!
-
You want your NET calories to be at at least 1200 calories everyday, and yes its okay to eat those work out calories as well, you dont have to eat all of them but make sure where it says NET you are at , at least 1200

Your body probably retained some water overnight. I always drink a large cold glass of water before bed, its helps flush your system out overnight :)

I usually do a little bit of olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar and a squart of honey.... bake it and it comes out delish!

I have a box of instant Quaker Oatmeal packets in my desk for those days i just dont have time to make breakfast.

Im not sure if there is any truth to this but i cant see it being true. The way to lose weight is to have more calories going out then coming in, period. I know when i used to do different "diets" i would always have a cheat day, which lead to a cheat lunch on this day then a cheat dinner on that day. Its just a bad idea.…

Most people have a more scientific reason but here is my dumbed down reason that helped me understand it :) When you sign up for MFP you tell the system how much weight you need to lose, The system then gives you a goal of how many calories to eat each day. When it give you that goal it assumes that you are NOT going to…
