i used to run bare foot on the beach and it ruined my ankles. Definatly wear a pair of shoes that you dont mind getting a little wet and a little dirty. The lighter the shoe the better.

Feel free to add me as a friend. I try to stay on track but everyone has their slip ups. I also try to eat what i like just less of it then i used to. Im your average 9-5 worker just trying to lose some weight :) GOOD LUCK

Every morning i eat one egg fried with cooking spray, placed on a 100 calorie flat bread with a laughing cow cheese and slice of canidan bacon. 296 calories and i am full until 1pm.

I also am a fan of the laughing cow cheese. Their creaminess takes the place of conidement plus you get the flavor of cheese, its a WIN WIn

I feel it is a personal Choice. This program gives you the tools and motivation to learn to eat better but you have to want to do it the "right" way. There is plenty of information from both the site and its members to eat a balanced and heathy diet, each member has to make that choice to use it.
