According to the daily nutrition goals on MFP I should have 0 grams per day of poly, moly, and trans fats. That's why I am a little concerned. What I read seemed to point to the poly and moly as neccesary.

Starting at the end of March I started watching what I was eating. I was mostly looking at the fat and cholesterol content at that point. It wasn't until I signed up here that I started looking at the whole nutrition picture. Basically, I have reduced portion size, sticking with the reccomended portion instead of eating…
