Focus on the 28 lbs you've already lost, congratulations! Try working toward another 25 lb goal and not worrying about the "122 lbs to go". You've already proved you can do this...just keep on keeping on.

I get most of my recipes from skinnytaste.com, lots of variety. I especially like the comments for each recipe. I second the crock pot suggestion. It's so much easier to eat healthy when the meal is already prepared when you get home. Good luck!

There is no secret, it's just practice. Wear your skates around your house and do nothing but walk on the toe stops. Once you are comfortable walking on them it will be easy to run. Also try adjusting the lenght until you find what works for you.

I'm up to 31 in 5 minutes and all because I cross over the entire time. Once you get in a good rhythm you'll be surprised at how many you can do. If you cross over the entire time there is no way you will get under 25.
