Wow that's an amazing loss well done! I'm a bit worried that 1000 Cal's a day is not enough for you though. I really think u may want to up that a bit If u want to start exercising. What does MFP work out for your daily Cal's? Keep up the good work your doing great :-) :-) :-)

I've just started Josie Gibson's 30second slim and really enjoy it. It has 3 different workouts all lasting 20 mins each. I do a different one every other day so I don't get bored. Its got really good reviews on amazon have a look. :-)

Hey good luck with it. You can do it. I'm struggling to lose weight after my children but only half heartedly tried. I'm the biggest I've ever been and its time for a change. Your story moved me. You were way too thin before. It will take time but we will get there. Good luck on your journey. Stick with it. I intend to xxx
