I have been gluten free for a long time which helped at first but symptoms got worse so then cut out lactose and still no change. I am on meds for the pain as was in agony and they seam to work OK but they are only masking what the problem is. I am still very very bloated and want to control this in my own with diet but…

Thank you for the info. I did wonder if they did further tests as I've had so many at doctors. I have googled but found so much information I'm left a bit confused. I also wonder what diet they will try me on?

I have just got the polar FT4 and love it. I use it for calories burnt. Its really easy to use and stores your workouts. I found that MFP really over estimated my calories so I'm glad I got it.

Sounds like IBS to me. Go and get siliacs test. I have same symptoms but I know that I have a slight gluten/wheat intolerance. Its horrible. I had an episode of it last week and I really did look 9 months pregnant and was in agony. I still cannot work out what food ate caused it but apparently your tolerance levels change…

I personally wouldnt give it to my child. Too much protein can be really bad and some of them are filled with a lot of sweetners etc. My husband and I were on one that gave us both really bad headaches apparently due to the msg in it. Thanks. Yes I do interval training. My calories were already set at 1200 but I just changed my Carb/fat/protein %.

Wow that's an amazing inch loss in just one week. I used to do insanity and absolutely loved it. It was so hard but I felt great for doing it. Unfortunately I had to stop because it was too hard on my knees :-( Your doing great. Keep it up :-)

I'm surprised you've not seen any difference yet. I have been on similar diets and have lost really quickly, although I can't stick to it as its too drastic for me. Give it a couple more days as you may not be in ketosis yet. You can buy sticks from the chemist that you wee on to check if you are. Its also really important…
