I read Skinny B.3 years ago. I quit meat then, read again last Jan. Quit processed and fake sugar, read it this Jan. And I am tackling dairy. Whick is my toughest. I also small reading the China study but it is not s quick read. Great thread. Thank you.

I quit processed and fake sugar last year . I only use honey, agave and maple syrup.

My only thought is don't worry about it till you get to your goal weight. Concentrate on losing , once you lose it all you can start toning it all. All in due time. :smile:

I have been having almond milk warm 90 calories for 16 oz.

Maybe she miss measured. how do your clothes fit ?? Just keep at it. The number keeps going down so will the inches.

I have learned that if you research enough about a food/product you will find evidence that it is the best thing for you and the worst thing for you. You need to do what you feel is best and try to think logically. Good luck out there..... It's a jungle.
