No one has said anything negative, they have been supportive, I just get a feeling they are a bit bummed that They need to start caring for themselves. One coworker thinks I’m too skinny, she clearly has body image issues, because I have come a long way but I am no where near too skinny.

Hi , I am late in this thread, but I am 5’2 47 and I already weigh everyday, would love to keep up with some support. I lost 50+ lbs since April, goal is 140-160( need to see what 160 looks like, I weighted 140 in the Army at 22 years old. But I was solid muscle. 160 is a size 6-8 for me.

I weigh everyday. I just finished an eight month weigh loss study and lost 50 lbs. my weight fluctuates but on average I lost 1.5 lbs a week. Once I got use to the up and down it was fine. I made a spicy veggie puree soup. Just a couple sips followed by much needed water does the trick. Then again I just downed two pieces of pizza... So what do I know.

sounds like you might be gaining muscle if you are strength training. that is good. But if you want to try something- I have done the marthas vineyard detox a couple times- 21 lbs in 21 days. I started last Monday and I am down 4.4 today. Good luck. Sounds like you are doing great.

I agree with the ladies- Potatoes are a different animal. But if that is you in your pic. Do what ever you want - You look amazing. lol I personally count everything- even veggies.
