I was told that natural sugar in fruit or milk doesn't "count" the way added sugar does. I have started "snacking" on greek yogurt, it is sweet and has lots of protein. My favorite is Chobani cherry. Good Luck!

My trainer at the Y measured each arm, upper and forearm, each calf, thigh, hips, low waist(belly button) high waist(natural curve by ribs),under bust, full bust, under arms, and your neck. I didn't lose but 10 pounds in 3 months, but I lost a total of 20 inches!! I was amazed. Good luck!

Some of the fat cooks out, but most stays. I use 96/4 extra lean beef and there is almost no fat or any liquid to drain, it's all meat.

If you go over on carbs, fruits and veggies are OK by me. You don't want to over do added sugars, starches, and processed foods according to a dietician. Have you tried the Sara Lee DeLightful bread? It is pretty good, low cal and low carb, but high fiber so it fills you up. Good luck with your finess journey.

I used to get them too, now I take a calcium/magnesium supplement. Try raising your calcium to 2000mg per day and your magnesium to at least 500 mg per day. I np longer get leg cramps.
