  • My daughter text me at lunch and today was 1 week exactly for the 21day fix and she has lost 5 lbls. 1 inch in her boobs, 1/2 inch thighs, 1/2 inch arms, 1/2 inch stomach. I am so proud of her! I am ordering mine today. I know its not easy but I need a plan to follow right now.

  • I am doing girl push-ups and when I started I could barley do 2. Now I can do 3 sets up 15. Woooo. Hoooo! So If I can do it any Body can. So just keep at it you can do it! I need to move to the normal ones one day, but for now I am happy I can do girl push-ups!

  • I tried while I was following weight watchers a few years back and I did watch how much fat I consumed and I had very bad side effects too. I know people that have taken it and had success on it, it just did not aggree with my system.
  • Thanks for the post. I really started counting my calories and exercising in january and I am only down 3lbs but I know I have lost inches and I feel so much better. I am fitting in clothes that I have not worn in 2 years. My husband keeps telling me to stop looking at the scale.
  • I just saw this topic...........I LOVE TRUE BLOOD. But I love the books more. I am a big Eric Fan. In love with Eric in the books, I don't care for Bill Compton. Also love Alcide, that is one hot were! I really wish the True Blood would follow the books more, but I still like the show.

  • Hi I live in Mississippi, nice to see a couple of girls from the south on here. I signed up in 2009 and never really used it but I have been back on for two weeks now and I am doing really good tracking.

  • Quaker instant grits and a hard boiled egg. That is my go to breakfast.
  • I log breakfast and lunch first thing in the morning and my snacks as I eat them during the day. Then I log my exercise when I get home...........so I know how many calories I have for dinner. I try to plan everything that works best for me.
