Ive been an emotional eater since I was in my teens...I find when im bored or just feeling down in the dumps, and its never healthy food I eat. As im focused on my healthy lifestyle, If im feeling this way I will journal, read a book, do a puzzle, see if a friend wants to catch up for a coffee or take the dog for a walk…

Upping your workouts on the weekend and having your rest day during the week, pre-plan your meals counting the weekend, are my suggestions.
-
Take it one day at a time...I get up at 4:45am mon-fri...and 7 on weekends...I don't believe in motivation....we are creatures of habit...so my suggestion is find what works for you and go for it!!! And if you slip up..forgive yourself and keep moving forward. :)
