There are other non aspartame sweeteners out there, like stevia or truvia. I have just recently started cutting back on my sugar intake and started using the stevia in the raw, its not to bad. I have never drank diet soda's so I can't give you advice in that direction.

I can relate to what you are going through. I haven't lost any weight in several months but I have lost inches. I have been at this for a while and yes it can get depressing. Hang in there you are losing at a safe pace and you will start seeing the changes soon.:happy:

LOL, I had to laugh at #9! The first time at my new gym this very thing happened to me. I thought I was just being petty, but I guess it really does happen to others. What happened to a little bit of personal space..jeesh.
